That’s the verdict of Cameron Court, owner of Court Construction Limited a residential building company whose clients often require substantial renovations built to an architect’s design. Total Timba has been supplying timber joinery to Cameron Court for more than 2 years, and is today the company’s preferred timber joinery supplier.
In fact, when Cameron and his wife Tracey needed a front entrance door for their new home, they didn’t look further than Total Timba. “We went straight to Total Timba because we know they provide great quality. David Hope’s construction company, David Hope Builders Limited, is a loyal Total Timba customer. Since 2004, David has been confident that Total Timba will consistently provide him with quality timber joinery at competitive rates.

Since 2003, Total Timba has been the timber company of choice for Glenn Cameron whose building company, General Construction Limited, carries out major building projects for high-end residential and light commercial clients.

Rugby Road, Birkenhead Point
In the little neighbourhood of Birkenhead Point many of us watched with interest the conversion of an unadorned villa on Hinemoa St into a grand dame two-storey villa. Particularly impressive was the beautiful joinery.
So much so, that when I came to seeking a joiner for my own (what turned out to be rather major renovation) I rang the builder to cheekily ask which joiner had carried out the work. That joiner was Total Timba.
I also obtained another quote from my own builder’s recommended joiner and Total Timba were competitive with this quote.
In all, Total Timba produced for me 4 sets of French doors, 2 large bay windows and 2 sets of windows, all in colonial style joinery. Total Timba helpfully & patiently worked with me to explain the various options and to ensure that they fully understood what I was after.
They definitely went the extra mile and I am delighted with the final result. Indeed, a few passers-by have felt compelled to comment on it.

Emma Bull
Emma Bull was not at all surprised when she learned that the Total Timba joinery supplied for the remodel of her older style home in early 2011 won the Supreme Award at the 2011 Master Joinery Awards.
“The quality of Total Timba’s joinery is just outstanding – they did such a fabulous job and everything was finished superbly. I am just in awe in their work,” she says.
The home’s extensive remodel involved huge glass sliding doors framed with Total Timba’s cedar joinery, 12 large exterior cedar shutters, four feature gates – all panelled and made in cedar – and internal bi-folding cedar doors.
“Their work is amazing, they were pleasant and so helpful, and they worked well with our Project Manager. And they delivered on time: you could tell they were working hard to meet our timeframe and they delivered. I dealt with a lot of companies during the renovation: Total Timba certainly stood out as one of the top performers.”
Emma was also impressed with Total Timba’s attention to fine detail. “We had nothing that required fixing but, when they came to make sure everything was OK, if there was some small thing they weren’t happy with themselves they would fix it up straight away. They were fantastic.”
